Question: What should I do if my phone doesn't send or receive text messages?
Answer: The first thing to try would be a master reset. If you are unfamiliar with how to perform a master reset, simply call our Help Desk at the number below and a member of our customer support team will walk you through the master reset and check your account for any possible account restrictions or problems.
