Question: Why can't I send and/or receive text messages?
Answer: If this is a new phone or account, you may not have a text plan. Some phone plans do not include text messaging, so you may have to purchase that separately, or choose a different plan. Our help desk team has in-depth knowledge of all available plans and can advise you on the best one for you.
If you have used text messaging on your phone before and it's not working now, there may be a text restriction on your phone or you may have to initiate a master reset on the phone. In either case, our help desk team can walk you through the process.
