Skills/ Requirements

  • Knowledge of Sprint/Nextel or other telecom Customer Service models are a REQUIREMENT, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
  • Strong 10 key skills a must
  • Computer/Internet literate
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent phone skills and presence
  • Ability to multi-task
