In 2004 RPA opened its first small office with a staff of 2, including the founder, Jim Johnson. From those humble beginnings with big dreams, Mr. Johnson held certain core beliefs:

  • In a world of giant telecom organizations with a broad array of services, there was room for a small firm with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity, and senior-level attention to clients and relationships.
  • In a world swarming with conflicts of interest, there was a need for a firm that was able to provide entirely objective advice and counsel without any pressure from alternative agendas.
  • In a world of ever changing technology, there was room for a firm to specialize in competitive analysis and to act as a liaison with only the clients' best interests in mind.
  • In a sector full of complex billing systems and abundant rate plans, there was a need for a firm to provide a cost savings analysis that enabled clients to take advantage of bottom dollar prices and unstated promotions.
